Explanation of Group Training Class Offerings We offer a variety of group training classes based on age and skill level. Please refer to the below when determining how to proceed with booking.
Ages 5 - 7: Young Hooper - no assessment needed
Ages 8+: All new clients 8+ must first complete a Skills Assessment. The Skills Assessment is a free 30-minute class that will allow us to determine which of the levels below you should book. After completing your assessment, the coach will let you know how to proceed with your initial booking level.
o Beginner 1 - focused on the fundamentals of basketball
o Beginner 2 - focused on building on the fundamentals and developing higher-level skills
o Intermediate - high-speed/intense skill development and introduction to game applicable skills
o Experienced - focused on high-level training and game applicable skills
IMPORTANT: Creating a Family Account/Making Purchases and Bookings Pre-registration for all clients is required via www.elevatenext.ptminder.com. This is especially crucial now as COVID-19 facility safety requirements restrict capacity. Registration should be with the parent's name as the account lead and the child or children's name(s) added as part of a family account. This is very important, as our coaches need to know the names of the children in their classes. You will make your purchases by clicking on the Store icon at the top of your member page. You may purchase single classes, packages or memberships. After purchasing your class, package or membership, you may proceed with Booking. Please note PTminder does have an app available as well. You can search for it in the App Store.
Expirations for Packages and Classes
All packages expire 6 weeks from purchase.
All single classes expire 1 month from purchase.
Canceling a Booking
If you will not be able to attend a class, we ask that you cancel the class in PTminder at least 2 hours prior as a courtesy. If the booking is not canceled, the class will be deducted from your package in the system.
Troubleshooting PTminder
If you have issues with the system, there are live chat representatives available to help troubleshoot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Go to ptminder.com and click on the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.
